1. Payment Terms
All payments for bookings, including entry passes, guest house reservations, guided tours, or other services, must be made in full at the time of booking. Payments can be made through the available online payment methods on our website.

2. Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation by the user, regardless of the reason.

3. Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify booking dates or services are subject to availability and at the discretion of the Eco Tourism Zones : Haldwani Forest Division management. Additional charges may apply.

4. Refunds in Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as:

  1. Natural disasters.
  2. Government restrictions.
  3. Emergency closures of the sanctuary.
Any event beyond our control that prevents the fulfillment of your booking.
